We want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened wallpaper rolls. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Your Batch

  Before opening, verify that all rolls are from the same batch and are in perfect condition; we cannot accept returns for rolls that have been opened or had the labels removed.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack With Care

  Securely package your items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at your chosen courier point and keep your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of the items arriving back at our warehouse.
