Do you recommend ordering samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Screen resolutions can vary, so seeing the texture and color in your own home's lighting ensures you are happy with the final result.
How do I calculate how many rolls of wallpaper I need?
You can use our online roll calculator found on each product page. Simply enter your wall height and width, and we will calculate the required amount including pattern match allowance.
What is the difference between 'Paste the Wall' and 'Paste the Paper'?
'Paste the Wall' products use a special non-woven backing that doesn't expand, allowing you to apply adhesive directly to the wall. 'Paste the Paper' requires applying adhesive to the wallpaper itself and letting it soak.
What is your return policy for unused rolls?
We accept returns on unopened, resaleable rolls in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for wallpaper samples or opened rolls.
Will all my wallpaper rolls come from the same batch?
Absolutely. When you place a single order, our warehouse team ensures that every roll of a specific design comes from the same batch to guarantee a perfect color match.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
